Overview:

We are looking for a couple great people to join the Bubbs’ Bagels & Coffee team as we open our first location. As a new small (but mighty) team, all team members will rotate between cash register, coffee bar, bagels, dishes, and general cleaning. Team members will have the opportunity to guide and improve how we operate to create an engaging workplace and something positive in our community.

Bubbs’ Bagels & Coffee will be opening in September 2022 with a soft opening the weekend before our grand opening. Two days of training will take place the week of the soft opening and an additional day of training before the grand opening the next weekend. All training will be paid.

We started developing Bubbs’ Bagels & Coffee with the dream of creating something positive for our community.In addition to baking fresh baked bagels and craft coffee drinks for our customers, we want to create a great place to work.The core of our philosophy starts with great ingredients, engaging team members, and the goal of always serving a simple yet outstanding culinary experience every day.

 

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of all team members will include:

• Providing engaging customer service
• Preparing bagel orders
• Serving craft coffee drinks
• Washing dishes and general shop cleaning
• Providing feedback on workflows and opportunities for improvement
• Other food service duties as needed

 

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Oriented

• Strong Work Ethic

• Willing To Voice Their Opinion

• Food Service and/or Coffee Bar Experience Preferred

• Lift 20 Pounds (50+ Pounds Preferred)

• Stand For A Full Shift (except breaks)

• CA Food Handler Card (or willing to get)

• Cleared To Work In The United States
